How it works and what we need

Workflow: Start with the intended audience, then structure the project story: asset, entry terms, use of funds, risks and the next step.
From you: Passport inputs, the intended audience, proposed transaction structure and materials authorised for release.
Boundaries: Facts and assumptions remain distinct. A presentation does not validate revenue forecasts or replace source documents.

A Passport, presentation, organised index of supplied documents and a dated record of facts, evidence, inconsistencies and next actions.

How it works and what we need

Workflow: Index files and versions and link each statement to its source. The result shows what is supported, what is missing and what needs clarification.
From you: Available documents and versions, their sources, permissions to use them and answers to identified gaps.
Boundaries: We do not create missing permits or certify their validity. Evidence alone determines a status change: it may remain unchanged or record a problem. The owner approves any public update.

From you: Transaction objective and instrument, project parameters, counterparty criteria, existing contacts and permitted disclosure scope.
Boundaries: A separate assignment may extend beyond the catalogue. Scope, timing, reporting and commercial terms are agreed privately; interest or completion is not guaranteed.

Criteria-led matching and targeted sourcing, with reasons for fit, differences, unanswered questions and agreed introductions.

How it works and what we need

Workflow: Turn criteria into a sourcing brief. Explain each candidate’s fit, deviations and open questions, then agree the introduction.
From you: Role, technologies, stages, geography, investment size and format, timing; for lenders, requirements for use and repayment of funds.
Boundaries: Submitting criteria does not place an order. Active sourcing starts under a separate agreement; Tillerstone does not approve loans or receive investment funds.
