Enquiries and complaints policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026.

1. Channels

Contact Tillerstone, LLC at contact@tillerstone.eu about the website, accuracy, services, project disclosure, fees or conflicts. Postal address: Kyiv, 01010, Instytutska 19. For personal data and incidents, use contact@tillerstone.eu.

Provide a reply contact, circumstances, date, relevant link or project reference if known, and desired outcome. Do not send excessive personal information, passwords or confidential documents through an unprotected channel; we can arrange a protected method. Anonymous risk reports may also be considered, although responding and investigating may be harder.

2. Handling

The founder handles enquiries and complaints personally, records only what is needed and restricts access. These targets never extend applicable legal deadlines.

The founder reviews the facts, requests clarification if necessary and explains the result or expected next step. No separate reviewer or team is currently appointed. Any later independent review needs suitable confidentiality and access arrangements. Good-faith reports do not justify retaliation.

3. Specific matters

For a correction or disclosure complaint, identify the affected fact or material and explain the issue. We distinguish the original statement, its source and any later review, and correct the recorded status if warranted. If we control further sharing of disputed confidential material, we pause that sharing while the relevant permission or accuracy issue is assessed. A complaint alone is not treated as proof of wrongdoing.

Personal-data requests follow the periods and rights in our Privacy policy, including the GDPR’s one-month period where applicable and Ukrainian access rules. Security incidents receive urgent risk-based handling rather than joining the ordinary complaints queue.

If you believe published material infringes your rights, identify the exact link, the affected right, your basis for reporting and a contact. We review reports without demanding excessive documents.

4. Further review

You may request reconsideration and explain your disagreement. Our internal process is free and is not a prerequisite to approaching a court, competent regulator or data-protection authority. Contacting us does not stop limitation periods or other legal deadlines unless law expressly provides otherwise.

This Policy creates neither mandatory arbitration nor a waiver of mandatory rights. A particular agreement may provide lawful dispute-resolution arrangements.
