Website terms of use

Last updated: 26 September 2026.

1. Scope

These Terms describe use of the Tillerstone website operated by Tillerstone, LLC; details appear in the Legal notice. They do not replace a services agreement, NDA, seller disclosure authorisation or transaction agreement. Merely visiting the website does not create an obligation to pay for services or accept investment terms.

We work with businesses and their authorised representatives. The website is not intended for individuals investing in a private capacity or for children. We may decline enquiries outside this scope. Describing the service as B2B does not remove any mandatory rights an individual has in the actual circumstances.

2. Enquiries

Provide your name, a reply email and a brief description of your needs. Organisation, role, technology and approximate size are optional. Provide information on behalf of another person or organisation only with appropriate authority. Do not send identity documents, bank details, source project documents, precise critical-infrastructure coordinates or unnecessary third-party information through the public form.

A success message confirms acceptance by the sending provider for delivery, not receipt or reading in the mailbox. It does not accept a mandate, qualify a project, verify its facts or agree to provide services. We may request clarification, decline the enquiry or propose a separate agreement.

Do not send confidential materials until a protected channel and appropriate confidentiality arrangements are agreed. Ordinary enquiries are handled under our Privacy policy and appropriate safeguards; the form itself is not an NDA.

3. Paid services

Viewing the website and submitting an initial enquiry are free. Information preparation, document review, bespoke sourcing and other paid work require separate agreement on scope, deliverables, timing, price, taxes, expenses, payment and termination.

No commission, success fee, introduction fee, automatic subscription or non-circumvention obligation arises merely from visiting the website, receiving material or submitting a form. Where a fee arrangement is legally available for a particular service, its trigger, payer and calculation must be agreed separately before the relevant work. The website accepts neither payments nor investment funds.

4. Permitted use

You may view public materials and retain reasonable extracts for internal evaluation of working with us, identifying the source. Republishing substantial materials, using the brand commercially or implying our endorsement requires the rights holder’s permission unless law permits otherwise.

Do not bypass access restrictions, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, overload the service, collect data in unauthorised bulk or attempt to identify a confidential project whose identity has been withheld. Statutory exceptions for use of protected works and lawful reporting remain available.

5. Information and responsibility

We aim to keep information current and correct material errors when identified. General materials may not reflect the latest changes to a particular project or the law. Check dates, sources and the extent of verification, and obtain independent advice before a transaction decision.

We do not guarantee project availability, financing, returns, transaction completion or uninterrupted website availability. Linked third-party resources have their own terms; a link does not imply endorsement.

Liability is governed by applicable law and the relevant agreement. These Terms do not exclude liability for intentional wrongdoing, fraud, data-protection breaches or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not restrict mandatory user rights. The absence of an outcome guarantee does not excuse proper performance of agreed services.

6. Access and changes

We may temporarily restrict the website for maintenance, protection or legal compliance. Access to private materials is governed by the relevant permissions and agreements.

Revisions are published with a new date. They do not retrospectively change separate agreements, agreed fees or existing disclosure permissions. Material changes to an existing contractual relationship follow the procedure required by its agreement and law.

7. Law and enquiries

Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined by conflict-of-laws rules and valid separate agreements. This website does not impose an exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration on all visitors. Mandatory rights to courts and data-protection authorities remain unaffected.

Contact contact@tillerstone.eu. See the Complaints policy for our process.

8. Photographs, sources and licences

The illustrative photographs used on this website, including mobile versions and social-sharing previews, come from publicly available source libraries and are used under the applicable source licences: Unsplash License, Pexels License and Pixabay Content License. Public availability alone does not make an image free of copyright. These licences permit use on a commercial website and adaptation, subject to their terms.

Photographs illustrate energy technologies and infrastructure. They do not establish that a depicted facility is in Ukraine, is listed in our catalogue, belongs to Tillerstone or is covered by a Tillerstone mandate. They do not imply a partnership with or endorsement by any operator, equipment manufacturer, photographer or source platform. In particular, the solar-and-wind photograph by Quang Nguyen Vinh depicts a site in Vietnam, and the solar photograph by Tom Fisk depicts a site in Minnesota, USA.

The BESS photograph by Sig. Chiocciola comes from Wikimedia Commons and is used under CC0 1.0. It depicts Reid Gardner in Nevada, USA, as an international technology example.

The Gas article uses an illustrative photograph of gas-turbine equipment. The Bioenergy article shows a biogas installation with solar panels nearby. The Hydrogen article uses an illustrative photograph of industrial pipes, not an identified hydrogen plant or electrolyser. The Hybrid article photograph shows solar and wind generation; it does not depict BESS. The Services photograph depicts Rampion Offshore Wind Farm in the United Kingdom, not a Tillerstone project. These photographs do not identify Ukrainian projects or establish any Tillerstone mandate.

The Ukraine market article uses an illustrative photograph of solar panels in Lincoln, USA, by American Public Power Association. It does not depict a Ukrainian facility or a Tillerstone project.

Photographic credits

The following credits identify the original sources; the same source licence applies to the website's desktop, mobile and social-preview renditions.

Photographic rights remain subject to the original source terms; the site's copyright notice does not claim ownership of third-party photographs or replace those terms. The Tillerstone logo, brand assets and interface icons are separate from these photo-library licences. For a question about an image or its credit, contact contact@tillerstone.eu and identify the relevant page and image.
