Clarity before the conversation.

We combine owner-approved public project summaries with personal sourcing, information preparation and selective introductions. Investor criteria and project owners’ transaction objectives guide our work. Material facts are distinguished from assumptions, and confidential information is shared subject to agreed permissions and access conditions.

Structured

One consistent Project Passport makes project information easier to understand and compare.

Evidence-based

Material facts carry a clear evidence status. Documented information and open questions remain distinct.

Mandate-led

Projects are considered against current investor criteria, then introduced selectively and privately.

Projects considered against your mandate.

Compare approved public project summaries or share your investment criteria for a personal search. Your preferred technologies, development stages and transaction objectives guide project sourcing and initial relevance assessment.

For investors and lenders
Our approach
  1. Current investment criteria

Technology, project stage, transaction type and other material requirements guide the search.

  2. Comparable project information

A consistent structure shows what is documented, what is declared and what still needs to be established.

  3. Controlled access

Public summaries support initial comparison. Owner identity, financial models and source documents require separate permission and confidentiality steps.

Prepare your project for the right conversation.

Present an initial outline and your transaction objective. We help structure the information, identify gaps and consider relevant investor introductions. A public project summary may be published after selection and your approval.

For project owners
Our approach
  1. A structured Project Passport

Organise key project facts and their supporting evidence in a reusable format.

  2. Selective investor introductions

Present relevant projects against actual investor criteria, with a clear reason for each introduction.

  3. Progressive, permitted disclosure

Agree what may be shared, with whom and at which stage. Source documents remain private.

Seven technologies. One clear structure.

Solar, Wind, Gas, Bio, Hydrogen, BESS and Hybrid are our seven technology areas. We consider Ukrainian projects from development to operation, with an honest description of their actual position and a clear transaction objective for professional investors and lenders.

BESS

Battery storage · MW / MWh.

Bio

Bioenergy and waste-to-energy.

Gas

Gas generation and CHP.

From an initial outline to a focused conversation

  1. Initial enquiry

Project and objective, or search criteria.

    Details

An owner outlines a project or portfolio and transaction objective. An investor or lender shares criteria. Unknown information can be clarified later.

  2. Owner-approved description

Actual position and an approved UA/EN summary.

    Details

We clarify the applicant’s authority, actual position and gaps, prepare a UA/EN public summary and obtain approval of that specific text. An early stage is not an automatic barrier.

  3. Matching or a separate search

    Existing opportunities or targeted sourcing.

    Details

Basic matching compares criteria with existing opportunities. Active sourcing adds targeted work and new contacts under a separate assignment.

  4. Agreed introduction

    Agreed interest, roles and terms.

    Details

We clarify role, interest, permissions and terms before introducing the parties. Browsing or submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement.

  5. Access and the next decision

Documents, assessment and the parties’ decision.

    Details

Specified recipients receive documents within an agreed scope and confidentiality arrangements, with an NDA before the relevant exchange. Parties independently assess the project and decide whether to proceed.

Know what is evidenced.
Keep what is private.

Evidence status belongs to a material fact, not to an investment as a whole.

Approved summaries are public. Source documents, precise locations and owner details remain confidential and follow the relevant permissions and confidentiality arrangements.

Verification scope not disclosed
No project-specific verification scope has been published. Transaction availability is shown separately.
Seller Declared
Provided by the seller; not confirmed against supporting documentation.
Document Confirmed
A reviewed source document appears to support the stated fact, within the scope recorded.
Expert Reviewed
Reviewed by a relevant specialist within an identified scope. The scope and limitations remain visible.
Not Provided
The relevant information or evidence has not been supplied.
Not Applicable
The item does not apply to the particular project or fact.

Evidence labels concern specific facts and do not establish full due diligence. Publication approval does not confirm seller authority or transaction availability. The record update date is not a verification date.

Materials for a focused conversation

A Passport, presentation and document package prepare a project for review. Each assignment starts with an agreed deliverable and boundaries.

  1. Project Passport

Key facts, sources and open questions.

  2. Presentation

Project parameters, transaction objective and materials for an agreed discussion.

  3. Document folder

An index of supplied documents and a record of facts, evidence and next actions.

Discuss preparing project materials

Scope and commercial terms are agreed privately.

Questions about working together

Do I need a Passport and documents to make an initial enquiry?

No. Contact details and a short outline are sufficient. Where known, add technology, region, stage, capacities and the transaction objective. Leave unresolved information as “to be clarified”.

Who approves publication?

The owner or authorised representative approves the specific UA/EN summary and its public release. Submitting a form does not permit publication of all fields or contact details.

Can I list a project without buying services?

Yes. Basic listing is free after clarification and approval of the description. Materials and active sourcing are separate assignments with privately agreed terms.

What does an evidence status mean?

Seller Declared records a source’s statement. Document Confirmed means a document supports a specified fact within a recorded scope. Expert Reviewed describes a specialist review of a particular question. Not Provided and Not Applicable have different meanings. None rates the investment as a whole.

How does basic matching differ from active sourcing?

Basic matching compares criteria with existing opportunities and records fit, differences and unknowns. Active sourcing is a separate paid assignment with targeted outreach, new contacts and reporting.

Are notifications already operating?

No. The form separately records optional, withdrawable consent to future free project emails. Launch timing and frequency are not set. You can share criteria or ask about sourcing without consenting.

When are parties introduced and documents released?

After clarification of interest, roles, permissions and terms. Document access has a defined scope; an NDA precedes the relevant confidential exchange. Neither an enquiry nor an NDA automatically grants access to every document.

Can payment improve a status or guarantee a transaction?

No. A status card follows the evidence, including gaps and inconsistencies. Publication, materials and introductions do not guarantee financing, investment suitability or completion.
